Overview
Manages daily operations of the Company’s systems and leads marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of client requirements, campaigns, and team performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee uploads, playlists, documentation, and client requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and site partners for operations and product management
Lead branding, marketing campaigns, and content (social media, website, events)
Conduct market research and support product development and positioning
Monitor marketing budget, SEO/SEM, and campaign performance
Supervise team performance and development
Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience; 2 years of people management experience
Digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, analytics)
Research, planning, and campaign execution
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic design tools
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
