Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary Compass point of contact in Philippines, representing Compass to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Provide overall account oversight, ensuring service continuity, governance compliance, and alignment with Compass and client expectations.
Manage and govern local vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, commercial terms, service standards, and compliance requirements.
Serve as the in-country escalation point for operational, commercial, and risk-related matters, coordinating with regional and global Compass teams as required.
Support transition and stabilisation activities in line with operating models, with a focus on assurance rather than direct operations.
Ensure vendor compliance with client’s requirements, including insurance, and incident management protocols.
Prepare the groundwork for future account expansion, with more global accounts anticipated to come under scope at a later stage.
Provide regular status updates, risk visibility, and governance reporting to Compass regional and global stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Demonstrated strong Compass DNA and cultural alignment, with the ability to operate confidently within Compass governance frameworks.
Proven experience in account management, vendor management, or multi-site oversight, ideally within corporate hospitality, facilities, or integrated services.
Comfortable operating in a partner-led environment, where operations sit primarily with vendors.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage clients, vendors, and senior internal stakeholders.
Clear communicator with a structured, risk-aware, and commercially disciplined approach.
