We are seeking a strategic and systems-oriented COO who will translate strategy into an integrated operating model that drives operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and revenue growth across multiple locations.
Responsibilities

  • Optimizes end-to-end customer and patient journeys
  • Drives operational performance across efficiency, quality, and service accessibility
  • Integrates retail experience principles with healthcare operations
  • Champions customer-first, patient-centered service delivery
  • Leads multi-site operational scaling
  • Ensures strong governance, compliance, and financial discipline

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years senior leadership in healthcare, retail, or service operations
  • Proven success scaling multi-location businesses
  • Experience integrating customer experience and operational systems
  • Healthcare sector exposure, an advantage

About The Medical City Clinic

The Medical City (TMC) has distilled 50 years of experience in hospital operation and administration in the establishment of its world-class healthcare organization that serves some 50,000 inpatients and 500,000 outpatients a year. TMC boasts of a distinguished medical staff of some 1,000 physicians, all of whom are experienced and recognized experts in their various fields. The Medical staffs is supported by a 4,000-member organization composed of allied medical and administrative staff, many of whom honed their expertise over years of loyal service to the institution.
The main facility is located on a 1.5 hectare property along Ortigas Avenue in the business district of Psig City, Metro Manila. It is composed of 115,000 square meter of floor space, and includes two Nursing Towers with the capacity of up to 800 beds, joined by a Podium, bridge ways and a Medical Arts Tower.
