QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST
Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

₱22,000 – ₱25,000 per month

Job Summary:

The QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST will be responsible in supporting Quality Assurance activities related to the development, implementation and maintenance of Quality systems such as document control and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Perform QA document control function, including document login, tracking, processing, distributing, and archiving.
  2. Coordinate the revision, review, and approval of SOPs and other GMP documents.
  3. Coordinate efforts associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions.
  4. Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding pre-submission strategies, compliance test requirements, or clarification and follow-up of submissions under review.
  5. Participate in internal or external audits.
  6. Analyze product complaints and make recommendations regarding their reportability.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in disciplines involving Food Science.
  • 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance management in the food industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of food manufacturing processes & food safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and writing skills.
  • Strong background in collaborating and team-working.
