QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s/Degree in any Finance-related courses.
• Specific degree requirements include Finance, Accounting, Economics, or combinations thereof.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in finance/accounting administration, general office administration, or any administrative role is required.
• Finance or accounting administrative experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage tasks are essential.
• Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate Excel skills required, including proficiency with formulas and data analysis functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the monitoring and management of daily administrative operations.
• Documentation and Record-keeping
• Daily sales report (data encoding and data management)
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
