About the role
The Lean Manager is responsible for leading the country’s operational excellence and operational transformation to achieve World Class Operations Management. This role will lead company stakeholders to execute Global, Market, Market Unit’s transformation initiatives across operations.
What we’re looking for
At least 10 years of experience in operations excellence or continuous improvement, preferably from the logistics, technology or manufacturing industry
Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results
Ability to champion and lead a “Stop and Fix” operations management culture by driving structured daily tiered accountability meetings and fostering proactive problem-solving among stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Operations Management
Lean project management certification or Six Sigma certification
