About the role
Great Image Services Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Fairview, Quezon City branch. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fairview, Quezon City.
What you’ll be doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and budget goals
Provide hands-on coaching and training to the sales and customer service teams to enhance their skills and productivity
Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to identify and implement process improvements
Monitor and analyse branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
