About the role
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our growing team at THE SB CLINIC CORP’ in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving the achievement of our business objectives.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management etc.
Provide leadership and support to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
Identify and resolve operational issues, making timely and effective decisions to maintain business continuity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall growth and success of the company
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Aesthetic industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency
Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive customer experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization
