About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of high-impact digital products that drive innovation in healthcare and technology. This role requires someone who can build products from scratch (0→1)—from ideation to launch—and scale them in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, especially building products from scratch (0→1) and scaling (1→N)
Translate ideas into validated product concepts, prototypes, and MVPs
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to bring products to life
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
Leverage data, user insights, and market trends to guide decisions
Continuously improve products through testing, iteration, and feedback loops
Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
5–10+ years of product management experience in tech, SaaS, or platform environments
Proven experience in building products from scratch (0→1) and scaling them successfully
Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience launching and managing end-to-end digital products
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Nice to Have
Experience in healthtech, AI, SaaS, or platform-based products
Exposure to automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience working in global or multi-market environments
