Overview

1.Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement business unit strategies, business plans, and annual budgets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Ensure alignment of the unit’s goals with the overall organizational strategy.

2. Operations & Performance Management
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational results to meet targets.
• Implement process improvements, policies, and best practices.

3. Financial Management
• Manage the business unit’s P&L, budget utilization, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high operational standards.
• Review financial reports and implement corrective actions when needed.

4. Leadership & People Management
• Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Oversee workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

5. Stakeholder & Client Management
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and address escalated client concerns.
• Represent the business unit in internal and external meetings.

6. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee audits, documentation, and reporting requirements.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Proven experience in leadership or management positions (e.g., Operations Manager, General Manager, Unit Manager).
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skill
