JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Quality Assurance Architect/Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications by developing and implementing a robust Quality Assurance process. The architect leads and mentors the Quality Assurance team, collaborates closely with the Application
Development teams, and ensures comprehensive testing through detailed test plans that address both standard and edge-case scenarios. This position also focuses on improving the process of the QA Department by R&D Automation Testing and making sure to lessen manual testing to make the Department more efficient in helping the company goals
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute Comprehensive Testing Plans: Perform thorough testing of web applications, ensuring all functionalities meet the specified business and technical requirements.
  • Identify and Document Defects: Detect bugs and system defects during testing, document them clearly, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Create and Maintain Test Cases: Develop detailed test cases based on system requirements, ensuring full coverage of application functionalities and edge cases.
  • Perform QA Testing: Perform QA Testing Process(Functional Testing) and Selective Testing Process(Fuzz, Smoke, UIUX, Exploratory, Regression) by implementing Automation testing.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to understand system architecture, address defects, and ensure efficient and timely completion of testing tasks.
  • Generate Test Reports: Document test results in clear and concise reports, providing stakeholders with an overview of system quality, defects, and resolutions.
  • Automate and improve current process: Research and implement tools and new technologies to help the department to be more efficient.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards as part of our Information Security Management System. This includes following documented processes, participating in continuous improvement, and maintaining accurate records. Each team member is responsible for supporting a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environment.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist.
  • Extensive knowledge of web application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and database platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on new technologies.
