Responsible for overseeing customer service excellence, managing relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring timely compliance with all regulatory and permitting requirements. The role focuses on enhancing customer and tenant satisfaction through effective issue resolution, handling inquiries, and implementing service improvement initiatives, while also maintaining strong coordination with government agencies, contractors, and community partners for permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing customer feedback channels, resolving complaints, organizing events and engagement programs, facilitating tenant and client relations
- Processing and renewing operational permits, ensuring adherence to local regulations, and acting as liaison with external authorities.
- The position also supports crisis management and ensures smooth communication between internal teams and external parties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, external relations, permitting, or property management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of local regulatory processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, are essential for success in this role.
