Marketing, Events and Advertising Associate

Responsible for planning, executing, and promoting marketing campaigns and events that drive foot traffic, tenant engagement, and brand visibility across retail and office environments. The role focuses on developing creative strategies, managing advertising channels, and organizing events such as mall activations, product launches, and corporate functions to enhance customer experience and support tenant and client objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating and implementing marketing plans, coordinating events and promotions.
• Managing digital and traditional advertising platforms.
• Collaborating with Mall tenants and BPO clients for joint campaigns, monitoring campaign performance and ROI, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
• Vendor coordination, budget management, and market trend analysis to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Ensures that tenant signs the lease contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events management, or advertising—preferably in commercial real estate, malls, or BPO settings.
• Strong creativity, project management, communication, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in both traditional media and digital marketing tools
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, are essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Detail oriented w/ strong execution capabilities.
