The Role
This is an active, working leadership position — not a supervisory-only role. You will own day-to-day operations across production, commercial renovation project delivery, installation crew scheduling, quality compliance, sales channel management, and team leadership. You report directly to the Company Principal.
You will take over functions currently managed under interim leadership, freeing the Principal to focus on business development and strategic growth. You are the person who ensures the work gets done right, on time, and to standard.

What You Will Do

Operations and Production

–     Oversee daily production of specialty coating samples and batch materials, ensuring output meets technical specifications and delivery schedules
–     Own warehouse and logistics operations in coordination with the Project Manager / Warehouse Lead
–     Establish and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all facilities and field activities
Commercial Building Renovation and Installation
–     Lead end-to-end management of commercial renovation and seismic upgrade projects — scope, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery
–     Build, schedule, and manage installation crews across active project sites (exterior coatings, renovation, seismic upgrade applications)
–     Coordinate crew deployment, materials readiness, and site access across multiple concurrent projects
–     Ensure installation quality meets TechStone technical specifications and client acceptance standards
–     Manage subcontractor and applicator teams; enforce safety and workmanship standards on site
Sales Channel and Customer Relations
–     Manage and grow TechStone’s dealer network across the Philippines — onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
–     Oversee CRM utilization and data integrity across the sales team
–     Support the Sales Manager with large account management and key client relationships
–     Coordinate with Outside Sales Representatives on pipeline management and territory coverage
Quality and Compliance
–     Own ISO 9001 compliance — maintain SOPs, conduct internal audits, coordinate external certification processes
–     Establish QC checkpoints for both product output and project delivery
–     Investigate and resolve non-conformance events systematically
Team Leadership
–     Directly manage four department leads: Finance/Accounting, Sales, Project/Warehouse, and (eventually) Technical Support
–     Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and build team capability
–     Manage staffing needs — hiring, onboarding, and discipline — in coordination with the Principal
Financial Management
–     Manage operational budgets across departments; track actuals vs. plan monthly
–     Review financial reports with the Accounting Lead; surface cost optimization opportunities
–     Provide the Principal with regular P&L analysis and operational KPI reporting
IT and Systems Oversight
–     Coordinate with IT support on the company’s CRM, website, and internal tools
–     Ensure data integrity and system adoption across all staff
Vendor and Supplier Management
–     Manage relationships with local and international product and materials suppliers
–     Negotiate supply terms, evaluate vendor performance, and maintain backup sourcing options
What You Will Bring
Experience
–     8 to 12 years of progressive operations management or general management experience
–     Background in specialty coatings, commercial building renovation, or construction installation management strongly preferred
–     Demonstrated experience scheduling and managing installation or construction crews across multiple concurrent projects
–     P&L or budget management responsibility
–     Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5 to 20 people including field/site crews
–     Dealer/distributor channel management experience is a significant advantage
–     ISO 9001 implementation or compliance management experience preferred
–     HSE certification or formal safety management background preferred
Skills and Competencies
–     Project and crew scheduling: ability to manage multiple concurrent installation or renovation projects, coordinate crews, and keep delivery on schedule
–     Systems literacy: comfortable with CRM platforms, web portals, spreadsheets, and basic database concepts; quick to learn new tools
–     Communication: very strong written and spoken English; excellent Filipino (Tagalog) for internal team and trade channel interactions
–     Financial literacy: ability to read and analyze P&L statements, cost reports, and operational budgets
–     Process discipline: you build systems that outlast your presence in the room — you document, you audit, you follow up
–     Leadership style: direct, calm, and credible — you earn authority through competence, not hierarchy
Location
–     Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, or willing to relocate
–     Candidates with existing networks in the Philippine construction materials, architecture, or contractor community are at an advantage
