Responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining all lease agreements, service contracts, and vendor agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and legal standards. The role involves coordinating with leasing, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely contract preparation, execution, and renewal, while safeguarding the organization’s interests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drafting and reviewing lease and service contracts
  • Monitoring contract terms and expiration dates
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements
  • Maintaining organized contract records
  • Assisting in negotiations, and supporting dispute resolution when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or property management
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, knowledge of contract law and documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
