We’re looking for a Case Manager, USRN to help deliver quality care and make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
Qualifications:
• BS Nursing graduate with an active USRN license (any compact state)
• At least 1 to 2 years of hospital or clinical experience, preferably in a tertiary hospital
• Previous BPO experience is an advantage but not required
• Prior experience in Case Management or Transition of Care is preferred
• Amenable to work onsite in Bacolod on a night shift schedule
