About the role
The Country Operations Leader is responsible for the overall operations and service delivery.
What you’ll be doing
With at least 10 years of solid managerial work experience derived from logistics, banking, and financial institutions.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate and optimise processes and workflows
Identify and address operational challenges, implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Operations Management
Lean project management certification or Six Sigma certification
