RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST – MARITIME
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and recruit qualified
maritime personnel for deployment onboard vessels. The ideal candidate thrives
in a fast-paced environment, has strong coordination skills, and maritime industry
knowledge.
QUALIFICATION:
. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maritime recruitment.
· Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
. Ability to support recruitment planning and meet hiring targets.
· Experience coordinating placement and deployment of personnel to
vessels.
. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS
Office.
