Overview

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or any business-related course
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a Restaurant Manager with a proven track record
  • Above-average communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willing to undergo training and work extended hours when necessary

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review cash flow and profit & loss statements and develop action plans to improve performance
  • Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operations
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide coaching or feedback
  • Track inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering
  • Train staff to follow company SOPs and service standards
  • Record and maintain payroll-related data
  • Implement and enforce company policies and operational protocols
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations
  • Oversee the overall daily restaurant operations
  • Monitor and control operational costs and identify ways to reduce waste
