QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food & Beverage Services Management course
  • Knowledgeable on GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Principles is an advantage
  • Good communication skills – both written and oral, and organizational skills required
  • Basic documentation skills
  • Technical software skills required (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
  • Well organized
  • Team player

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform operational/inventory audits for stores, commissaries, warehouses and business centers
  • Conduct process documentation review for specifically assigned audit areas
  • Communicate audit findings to Operations Management to accurately report results
  • Effectively use Audit tools and resources within assigned areas
  • Work closely with teammates to develop sustainable and value-added relationships
